Conditions for accepting a return<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the return to be valid:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must retain its seal, cap, and original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must include the proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products cannot be returned:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>open or used,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>without its original packaging,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>damaged by improper use,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>with signs of tampering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Damaged or defective products<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a product arrives damaged, defective, or with an error in the order:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 Avocado Real covers all costs and sends a replacement at no cost to the customer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please send us an email to <strong><a>devoluciones@avocadoreal.com<\/a><\/strong> with:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>order number,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photographs of the damaged or defective product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>description of the incident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will review the case and respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. How to request a refund<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must contact us in advance at:<br\/>\ud83d\udce7 <a><strong><a>devoluciones@avocadoreal.com<\/a><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the return has been approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Return costs<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the return is due to withdrawal (change of mind):<br\/>\ud83d\udc49 The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the return is due to an error on the part of Avocado Real (damaged or incorrect product):<br\/>\ud83d\udc49 Avocado Real covers all costs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Refunds<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the product has been received and inspected:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If applicable, we will issue the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The usual time frame for seeing the refund is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.
