Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, customers have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without justification.

❗ Important legal exception (food products)

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to products that:

  • have been opened,
  • desprecintados,
  • manipulated,
  • or are no longer fit for use or consumption for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Therefore, we only accept returns of unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging.

1. Conditions for accepting a return

For the return to be valid:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
  • It must retain its seal, cap, and original packaging.
  • You must include the proof of purchase.

Products cannot be returned:

  • open or used,
  • without its original packaging,
  • damaged by improper use,
  • with signs of tampering.

2. Damaged or defective products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or with an error in the order:

👉 Avocado Real covers all costs and sends a replacement at no cost to the customer.

Please send us an email to devoluciones@avocadoreal.com with:

  • order number,
  • photographs of the damaged or defective product,
  • description of the incident.

We will review the case and respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.

3. How to request a refund

You must contact us in advance at:

Once the return has been approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return costs

If the return is due to withdrawal (change of mind):
👉 The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error on the part of Avocado Real (damaged or incorrect product):
👉 Avocado Real covers all costs.

5. Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If applicable, we will issue the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The usual time frame for seeing the refund is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.

6. Lack of refunds (what to do)

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer.
  3. If you still do not receive it, please write to us at: devoluciones@avocadoreal.com

7. Return shipping
