It all started with a simple question
Why did a fruit so prevalent in our diet continue to play such a minor role when it came to oil?
That question gave rise to Avocado Real.
Here in Andalusia, we wanted to bring avocado oil into everyday cooking and make it much easier to understand: what it contains, how it’s made, and what each variety is used for.
We didn't want to create a complicated product or surround it with promises that were hard to understand. We wanted to start with the basics: the avocado.
That's how a product line based on two different ways to enjoy it came to be.
First, our Cold-Pressed Avocado Oil, with its mild, fruity flavor, is specially designed for dressings, toast, salads, and raw dishes.
On the other hand, our “Special for High-Temperature Cooking” Avocado Oil, which has a neutral flavor and is designed for frying, sautéing, baking, and roasting.
