For shipments to other destinations, please contact our customer service department in advance.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on business days before 2:00 p.m. will normally be processed the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times

The standard delivery time is 24 to 72 business hours from the time the order is shipped.

During promotional campaigns or periods of high demand, these lead times may be extended.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping within mainland Spain.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be able to receive tracking information when that service becomes available from the shipping company.

Incidents during transport

If the order arrives damaged or there is any other issue, the customer must notify info@avocadoreal.com within 48 hours of receipt.

We recommend attaching photos of the packaging and the affected product.
